I decided to do straight sets with the flat bench and the decline bench. So, I did five sets on each.
On the green mat, and with the straight bar and plates, I alternated between leg raises and arm curls. I did five sets of each.
With the shoulder machine (above) and the flat bench (below) I alternated between crunches and should presses.
With the flye machine (below), I ended my workout with five straight sets of chest flyes.
