The scales said 71.2 kg when I stood on it after waking up.

     One thing, for sure, that I like about my gym is that it is what I would call a no-nonsense warehouse kinda  gym.  You know what I mean?  It's not all shiny with an ultra modern color scheme.  It's an exercise facility.  The manager (I would guess that he's the owner too.) keeps it clean and keeps all the towels and workout clothes clean, and he plays some music becoming of a workout place.  That's good enough for me!
